The Venue
All our function rooms are wheelchair accessible via our Passenger Lift or stairs. Function rooms include full air conditioning during your event.
DIAMOND ROOM
The Diamond Room is the largest room of the three private function rooms. It is situated facing spectacular views over landscaped grounds and clear ocean views. Featuring a wrap-around balcony to soak up the sights on offer.
The newly renovated room has a seating capacity of 200 people. The room is highlighted by the built-in stage and a large dance floor to ensure guests have room to move.
EMERALD ROOM
The Emerald room is overlooking Little Lake and the ocean. Containing its own private bar and has a seating capacity of 60. A beautiful venue for a small intimate wedding, cocktail style celebrations or any special event.
SAPPHIRE ROOM
The Sapphire room is one of our smaller rooms. It is private and hosts a full wall of tinted windows. It has curtains to dim natural light if desired. Sapphire Room has the capacity to seat 100 guests theatre style. This room has views overlooking the club’s landscaped greens. It too has a balcony for your guests enjoyment.
Sapphire Room has a unique ability showcasing an interchangeable wall. This feature allows the wall to be removed, permitting access to Diamond Room, increasing the two rooms capacity to 250. This option can be utilised for larger events such as fundraisers, charity dinners, awards nights and large weddings.
BOARD ROOM
The Board Room is a very quite and private room. It has a seating capacity of 24 guests board room style. The Board Room generally operates as a meeting or conference room with secure closable doors. The room can host a projector, refreshments, telephone and more upon request prior to booking.
GAZEBO
If you are looking for an intimate place to say “I do”, our Gazebo provides a beautiful venue overlooking Little Lake and the ocean. With seats available and a leafy path why not say I do, literally surrounded by family, friends and loved ones.
DIAMOND POINT ARBOUR
With beautiful views, just metres away from Little Lake and the ocean, Diamond Point Arbour is a wonderful place to hold your ceremony. Underneath a freshly create wooden Arbour, this permeant fixture is the perfect place to say your vows. Our Functions team and local suppliers can create a beautiful setting that won’t be forgotten.
Weddings
It is with pleasure we present to you our complete Wedding Package designed with flexibility in mind so you may choose what suits you best on your special day.
Our Diamond Room is the perfect setting with spectacular views overlooking Little Lake to the ocean. Romantic ambiance is created by the silk draping and fairy lights encased above your guests.
The Diamonds Reception Centre is home to one of the Illawarra’s best value all-inclusive packages which includes:

Corporate
Diamonds Reception Centre offers a creative and private working environment only 20 minutes south of Wollongong and 5 minutes north of Shellharbour.
Our approach is totally flexible, and our Function Manager will work closely with you from inception, providing personalized service, guidance and advice throughout the planning process.

Ideal for business meetings, corporate training days etc, packages include the following:
